Cancelation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In order to provide the best care and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations/Reschedules:

 

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the price of your appointment price.

 

No-Shows:

 

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged the full session price.

 

Emergencies/Illness:

We understand that emergencies and illness may occur. Exceptions to this policy are made at the discretion of your therapist.
